We are back! Our new home is WYEC 93.9 FM. I'm Charlie McMullen. Listen Sunday mornings from 9 to Noon. Watch for more changes on the website soon!

Yes, it's taken some time to find a new place, but we think being on a station that plays the kind of music that's easy to take makes for a comfortable fit on Sunday mornings.

We do hope you'll give us a few weeks to get the website reworked; if you've got suggestions, please let us know. Do you want to see classic album covers? Stories from vintage magazines about classic crooners? We're open to your ideas.

Here's what's playing on Croonerville for JULY!

July 6th
It's the big holiday weekend, and we'll keep the songs for the red, white and blue flying high to keep that 4th of July feeling going. We've got the familiar and the obscure, but then, that's Croonerville.

July 13th
There's a new cd from Varese Vintage called "The Best of Julius LaRosa," and we'll feature that crooner who gained notoriety singing for Arthur Godfey in the 1950s. We'll play his hits from that decade on the Cadence label, as well as songs and singles from the RCA, Roulette, and MGM labelsÉyou're gonna wanna hear the Man from U.N.C.L.E movie song from him!

July 20th
It's not quite the 40th anniversary, but just the same, it's one small step for man, and a one big show of "Moon" songs, as we celebrate Neil Armstrong's famous moonwalk. We'll be "mooning" you musically this Sunday!

July 27th
Let's feature music from the year 1960. We'll hear from artists as diverse as
The Ventures, Everly Brothers, Connie Francis, Perry Como, just to name a few. We'll talk about the big movies, tv shows, pop culture and more. Listen. This one will be good!
